Non-exclusive transfer of rights for any medium, for all purposes with unlimited circulation and number of copies, except for the rights of third parties. Author's authorization in writing is required for use and publication by third parties.
The photographer maintains the intellectual property of his work and the right to its editorial and commercial use. The photographer uses state-of-the-art cameras with instant backup of images. However, in case of accidental loss of the images, our responsibility is limited to the repetition of the photographic service in object or another equivalent. The images will be delivered at a maximum resolution of 7500X5000Pixels, 300dpi and a twin copy in Jpg for web use, exclusively via Wetransfer.
Travel and accommodation expenses, maintenance and basic postproduction included.
HDR, zonal or creative edition is not included but available on request.
We are an EU VIES VAT company so we can issue an invoice without VAT.
