Photos looked nice when I booked, but real work wasnt even similar to previous works. Communication was nice but work wasnt good.
:We're sorry you were not satisfied with our service. The only feedback we received was to do "more retouch" but there were no specific instructions as to which areas needed it. We feel that we followed the image specification/inspo that was initially sent to us and used that as basis for our work.
